Well, this past Thursday, the MMA world gave out a collective "GASP" when the UFC President announced that Zuffa had plans of merging the roster of World Extreme Cagefighting with the roster of the UFC to form a "SUPER MMA PROMOTION!" Now, some MMA fans have gone up in arms about this because they say there's no way the lighter weight classes get as much hype as the heavier weight classes and will likely get shoved down the card in the process. Basically, the days of Urijah Faber headlining a card against Takeya Mizugaki are gonna be over. First of all, those fans need to quit their bitching and whining. This is not professional wrestling and nobody is "getting held down". If Urijah Faber and Jose Aldo prove to be MASSIVE DRAWS than guess what....we will see those guys in the "main event" or "co-main event" slots. Of course we won't be seeing Jose Aldo headline a UFC PPV anytime soon. We need to see how the UFC faithful responds to Aldo first and then possibly see if they would buy a PPV
